We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Mobile Sales Manager
- Drive sales and service excellence - quality and performance in Mobile Sales.
- Manage a team of Mobile Sales Officers (MSO) to consistently achieve and exceed their sales targets and quality measurements.
- Active management and planning of sales activities with the MSO.(e.g . approaching potential customers, calling and joint visiting prospects, conducting presentations, exploring sales from assigned portfolio).
- Work closely and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for a smooth delivery of daily sales and customer experience (eg: signing of FOL, escalating Exceptional Lending Approval Proposals (ELA)).
- Ensure that internal Quality at Source (QaS) issues are maintained at high standards. Work quality of the team is of high standards reflecting quality, efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure that sales team maintains high decorum of sales ethics, integrity and professionalism in the end-to-end sales process – ranging from sourcing of customers, interviewing, documentation, approval, drawdowns and after sales service.
- Help identify sysmatic (ie: fundamental) issues and escalated cases (eg: ELA / escalate customer issues) – to seek consultation from line manager
- Identify new opportunities and lead sources for business opportunities and partnership with B2B tie-ups
- Manage existing B2B partners (eg: car dealers, property valuers , CEPs) and deepen these relationship for more sales and referrals.
- Produce regular reports on market trends/ competitive landscape changes to the business / channels.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Progressive retail sales experience of at least 2 years. Min 6 months in banking and 6 months in managing a sales team.
- Experience in frontline customer management and with local working experience.
- Bilingual in Vietnamese and English. Having a 3rd languagae capability will have added advantage.
- Strong sales instinct with business acument and good communication and negotioation skills
- Prior experience in RBWM and it’s products and/or dealings with the business will have an added advantage.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a group; multitasking ability as well as to work well under pressure.
