The Bancassurance Training and Sales Supervisorwill be responsible to
- Provide orientation/training about new products/process to sales team;
- Provide training courses for banks/distribution network, included standard insurance training programs and soft skills;
- To create and develop all training materials including trainer guides, participants materials and evaluation systems;
- Support to prospect potential partners in banking industry;
- Cooperate with sales & marketing team to design training program for each type of product/ trainee;
- Support to develop relationships with potential partners to promote bancassurance products and maintain sound relationships with partners;
- Support to negotiate/ participate in negotiation with banks on products, pricing, process, signing distribution agreement;
- Establish a commercial follow-up of the banks to achieve the targets;
- Visit banks regularly and make necessary supports to banks in technical, sales skill, sales process, administration procedures to meet agreed business targets and objectives;
- Other tasks as assigned by Sales Director - Bancassurance channel from time to time.
- Good time management skills;
- Excellent communication, public speaking, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Dynamic, rigorous, proactive and highly committed in the fast and strategic implementation of a growing business
- Being able to work independently as well as within a team;
- Good at using Microsoft office.
- At least 3 year experience in related field (life insurance / banking / bancassurance)
