Các nhiệm vụ chính:
- Assist to provide oversight on the corporate governance of the bank covering the responsibilities of the Board of Directors, Board of Management and all staff involved in the bank’s business operations are carried out appropriately
- Assist to formulate and review the bank’s corporate governance in line with the State Bank of Vietnam and international best practises by updating the corporate governance framework, policies and guidelines.
- Prepare logistics to facilitate working groups or departments within the bank on specific issues in corporate governance mandated by the Chairman and/or the Board of Directors.
- Translation works on proposals and reports on corporate governance matters.
- Translator for the Head of Corporate Governance
- Participate in planning, organizing and coordinating working groups on corporate governance matters
- Prepare reports (quantitative and qualitative analysis, memoranda and written materials on banking issues relating to corporate governance)
Yêu cầu:
- At least 2 years working experience in banking preferred
- Excellent language skills in both English and Vietnamese (oral and written)
- Able to work independently
- Self starter
- Strong analytic and interpersonal skills
- Experience in computers, including word processing, spreadsheets and internet
- Proactive and enthusiasm to learn new areas and willingness to contribute
- Positive attitude
