Define the scope of work, objectives, and success criteria of the project

Develop detailed plans for each stage of the project, including timelines, budgets, and resources.

Assign task, ensure team members work efficiently and collaborate effectively

Monitor costs and ensure the project stays within the approved budget.

Manage and allocate resources effectively
-
Track project progress to ensure timely milestone completion.

Identify potential risks and plan for mitigation.

Take measures to minimize risks and address issues as they arise
-
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates.

Report progress, results, and project-related issues to leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure project deliverables and services meet quality standards.

Assess and manage change requests within the project

Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards

Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to improve future projects.
Yêu cầu năng lực
- Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

Minimum of 5 years work in banking
-
Minimum of 3 years working as Product Owner or Project Manager
-
Experience in a particular banking domain for at least 3 years;

PMP certification is preferred
- Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

Understand business needs

Have experience in the banking applications and processes

Have experience on integration between multi applications in the bank

Understand software development life cycle

Good understanding in project management methodology: Agile Scrum/ Waterfall
