Maintain centralized control of all IT licenses across VPBank, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and legal requirements.

Review, track, and audit license usage to identify optimization opportunities and avoid underutilization or over-licensing.

Advise senior leadership on cost-effective licensing models and renewal strategies that align with operational and business growth.

Establish and enforce processes for license request, allocation, and retirement in line with IT governance.

Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable licensing terms, renewals, and adjustments to meet evolving organizational needs.

Lead and participate in IT procurement activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Define technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and scoring mechanisms for vendor selection.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and service levels with vendors to achieve the best balance of cost, quality, and value.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure procurement decisions align with business needs and IT strategy.
