Job Purpose

The Job Holder:

  • Perform Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Testing easy or medium, time is not too limited and quality needs to be re-checked

Key Accountabilities (1)

  1. Deploy the work
  • Directly execute the requirements Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Testing level is very difficult, difficult with limited request time and high requirement for quality
  • Develop QA/Quality Control/Test documents, update progress, QA/Quality Control/Assignment testing
  • Complete the training and get trained

  1. Risk management and compliance
  • Strictly follow the process and instructions of Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Testing

  • Detect and report compliance risks and violations

Team lead, IT QA/QC/Testing

Key Relationships - Internal Stakeholders

Division, units, branches/subsidiaries of TCB

Application/solution provider partners, IT departments of key customer businesses

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Qualifications:

  • University graduate or higher majoring in information technology, computing, telecommunications, finance or banking
  • Foreign language: English/ according to TCB’s regulations in each period
    Work Experience:
  • 3 year of experience in testing (manual, automated, performance) API, Web, Mobile, big data,…
  • Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, Python.
  • Proficient in using at least one database management system: Oracle, SQL server, Mongo..
  • Experience in using management tools such as Jira, Mantis,…
  • Using test tools and frameworks: Selenium, Serenity Framework, Apache Jmeter, Load runner, SoapUI, Postman.
  • Ability to work independently/in a group setting and organize the implementation of the work plan/arrangement.
