Job Purpose
Partner with the Talent Development team to implement capability-building programs and enhance employee experience. This position offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience in talent development, communications, and the application of data and AI in a corporate environment.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Program Implementation: Support the preparation, organization, and coordination of stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
Experience Enhancement: Monitor participation, support facilitators and participants, and collect feedback to improve the program experience.
Content Creation: Develop clear, engaging, and visually appealing communication materials for talent development initiatives.
Data and AI Application: Utilize data and AI tools to create content, consolidate information, analyze feedback, and improve work effectiveness.
