Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose
- The job holder collaborate with other business units to develop and optimize revenue for secured syndicated loan transactions within the Bank’s risk control framework
- The job holder consult and optimal product structure for customers in Business Units and executing transactions to make TCB a key capital arrangement bank to serve customers.
- The job holder participate in product development and product management for the entire value chain and achieve GTS financial and non-financial goals
Key Accountabilities (1)
JOIN STRATEGY BUILDING AND BUSINESS STRATEGY EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
- Participate in product development strategy
- Effective financial and non-financial management
- Provide optimal and comprehensive solutions for customers, ensuring the harmony of interests of the parties involved
- Coordinate with related departments to develop and execute product strategy
Key Accountabilities (2)
LOCATION OF TECHCOMBANK’S IMAGE IN THE SMALL FINANCIAL MARKET
- Work with regulatory agencies in market and product development
- Representation in transactions with parties in product-related work
- Build and expand relationships with customer relations specialists at partner banks,
- Search and preliminary survey, invite partner banks to participate in credit products syndicated with Techcombank
- Work with other external partners (law firms, valuation firms…) to agree on the scope of consulting in case there are jobs requiring outsourcing services with syndicated loans
- Build and perfect processes, developing markets and products
Key Accountabilities (3)
EFFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Build and manage product service fee schedule
- Effectively manage customer portfolio
- Effective management, operational risk management arising from syndicated loan products
- Collaborated with corporate clients at WB and BB to offer syndicated credit products
- Collect syndicated loan documents from corporate customer specialists at WB and BB and send them to partner banks
- Participate in team management as a back-up for the Department Manager
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Banking, Economics, business administration. - Prefer university degree and professional certificates in finance
- Experience: From 7 years of experience in the professional field
- It is beneficial to gain an in-depth understanding of the transactional needs of corporate clients, particularly in the areas of credit, corporate consulting, and financial advice.
- Ability to advise and evaluate complex syndicated loan structures incorporated in the financial solution offered to customers
- Demonstrate experience in leading an effective cross-functional team
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and strong sense of initiative
