Mô tả công việc
• Handle daily domestic VND remittance operations, including CITAD, VCB, NAPAS, VND Relay, inward/outward, refund and tracing transactions.
• Perform transaction booking, fee allocation
• Support Branch/T.Os in E-Tax and domestic remittance operations.
• Prepare regulatory and operational reports, and perform daily/monthly self-inspection.
• Maintain and update DOIs, guidelines and training materials; provide training to Branch/T.Os and new staff.
• Participate in system development and enhancement for domestic remittance services.
• Perform other duties assigned by Line Manager/Director.
