Due to expend and develop the business’s strategy, Indovina Bank has demand to seek potential candidates for the Collateral Valuation Officer position of Collateral Valuation & Doubtful Debt Department with details as below:
➢ Place of work: Head Office, 97A Nguyen Van Troi St., Ward 12, Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC.
➢ Tasks:
[ul]
[li]Doing valuation and re-valuation of collaterals as assigned by Management level[/li][li]Receiving credit proposals, collateral evaluation report and other needed documents provided by Business Units or Departments of Head Office.[/li][li]Checking legitimating of collateral documents as of regulation.[/li][li]On-site visiting of collateral location, collect and analyze compare assets information to evaluate value of collaterals as assignment.[/li][li]Preparing collateral evaluation reports and submitting to authorized management.[/li][li]Co-coordinating, supporting Business Units in collateral re-valuation of problematical debts.[/li][li]Preparing periodical/ad-hoc reports as requirement from management levels.[/li][li]Participating in setup/full fill database of type of collaterals’ price for collateral valuation.[/li][li]Being responsible for methods, results of collateral evaluation and other indicators in collateral evaluation reports.[/li][/ul]
➢ Job requirements:
[ul]
[li]Male/Female with bachelor’s degree and above in finance and banking, economics, evaluation, real estate management, laws or relevant majors.[/li][li]Certificate of Assets appraisal or Valuer Certificate.[/li][li]General knowledge on real estate, equipment, etc.[/li][li]Analytical skill and bad debt collection management skill.[/li][li]Retransmission, lecture skill, professional coaching skill, team-work and communication skill[/li][li]Experience: At least 01 year of experience in asset evaluation/credit officer/credit appraisal of banks, credit institutions, other relevant organizations[/li][li]English: equivalent TOEIC 600 upwards, meeting requirements of works.[/li][/ul]
