Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer / Technical Leader to take ownership of backend service development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, single sign‑on/off, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, LDAP, SAML, and federated identity management. A solid background in cryptography is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Join the IT development team, reporting directly to the Development Manager.
Act as a senior developer and technical lead for the backend team.
Participate in coding and code reviews to ensure high‑quality product delivery.
Maintain clean, scalable, and easy‑to‑maintain code.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Proactively improve product features and overall quality.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless product integration.
Requirements
Education
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Technical Expertise
5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
Good knowledge of OOP, design patterns, multithreading/concurrency, data structures, and algorithms.
Hands‑on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring Data, Spring Security).
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Couchbase).
Knowledge of Keycloak / RedHat SSO is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD environments.
Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).
Skills
Strong problem‑solving skills and teamwork spirit.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
Ability to handle technical challenges and explore new technologies.
Good English communication skills.
