RELATIONASHIP MANAGER- CREDIT-SME & RETAIL LOANS (Non-managerial)

I) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:

a) The staff will be responsible for marketing various Retail & wholesale credit products to SME & Retail customers and also will be accountable for the entire credit granting process.
b) Developing and maintaining customer relationship, approach new customers and conduct credit evaluation application.
c) Assessing overall Credit Eligibility of customer based on the financials and securities to be mortgaged & recommend the case to higher authority for approval/sanction.
d) Loan Documentations and creation of mortgage of securities with the Authority.
e) Achieving budget on profit in order to reach business target.
f) Evaluation of the assets to be mortgaged to the Bank.
g) periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers
h) Cross selling of other products of the Bank to the customers.

II) SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

a) Bachelor or higher degree from University in economics, Banking, Accounting etc.
b) 2 - 3 years work experience in the Bank as RSM
c) Documentation, Disbursement & File Processing.
d) Knowledge on secured and unsecured loans.
e) Good communication and pleasing personality.
f) At least C level Degree in English or the equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximise Service-To-Sales opportunities where appropriate, either selling directly for simple products or passing lead on to Personal NTB & ETB Sales or Outbound Centre
  • Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with customer charter.

Activities

1. Service (remote)

  • Fulfil all service needs with maximum first call resolution
  • Co-browse with the Client in order to assist in resolving issues

2. Deep sell/service to sales (remote)

  • Suggest solutions Client might potentially need using analytics triggered next-best-conversation; involve Wealth Specialist if necessary
  • If conversation requires follow up, inform ETB Sales or Outbound Centre/ Priority Banking Team for action

3. Sale of products to NTB (remote)

  • Perform a needs analysis with Clients on receiving calls where appropriate
  • Complete sale process on the spot where possible, and involve Specialists where necessary
  • If required, hand off client to Personal Acquiring Team for follow up conversation

Risk Management

  • No major breach of regulations and non-compliances of Group’s standard in the area of responsibility.
  • Participate in and/or support the Bank's effort in combating money-laundering activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Mandate:

Outbound NTB sales & activation (alliances, lists, online leads)

  • Engage NTB mass market clients via leads sourced from Alliances, Targeted lists
  • Initial primary focus on anchor products in respective job role, gradually broadening to full range of retail products
  • Activate NTB clients, and set up and educate clients on remote channel usage i.e., online, Client Centre, ATM

Activities (role in clients journey)

1. Prepare & set up (remote)

  • Receive leads from leads management system – NTB from Alliances, Online/ Personal Client Centre; ETB from internal triggers for renewals, top-ups and extensions
  • Conduct research and preparation on client lead, and pre-send product bundles description and bank proposition
  • Collect all documents (digital) required for account opening and pre-fill forms

2. Meet, deep sell & train (in person)

  • Meet in person (ensure Priority Banking Team joins if high value client)
  • Listen and determine further needs
  • Acquire clients with anchor products
  • Set up KYC needs with KYC centre
  • Educate and conduct initial set up for online, ATMs, Client Centre, and Store

3. Activate and pass on (remote)

  • Activate as per plan
  • Prepare and pass on Client into interacting with the bank via Online, Client Centre, Store and possibly Priority Banking Team if high value client

Compliance:

  • Ensuring compliance with Group Policy and Standards, local laws and regulations, controls and procedures of the Bank and regulatory requirements pertaining to Money Laundering and CDD.
  • Participating in and/or support the Bank's effort in combating money-laundering activities.
  • Exercising due care and diligence on matters related to Money Laundering and CDD in the day to day operations, which include account opening and reviews, transaction monitoring, reporting suspicions, customer communication, implementing new requirements, updating and revising operating procedures, acquire relevant knowledge and training, provide support to superior and subordinates.

Bank of India, Ho Chi Minh City Branch is seeking application from the experienced candidates for the filling vacancy of a Banking Marketing staff (Non managerial) having following eligibility criteria:
® Bachelor or higher degree from University in Finance and banking, economics and foreign trade;
® Minimum 2 - 3 years’ work experience in any local Bank as credit marketing staff (Relationship Manager);
® Strong communication skills in English having scored at least 800 in TOEIC test;
® Expert in Microsoft Office skill;
® Honest and hardworking,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) The staff will be responsible for marketing various Retail loans products & business loan or project related loans to Small & Medium Enterprises. He/she will be accountable for the entire credit granting process.
b) Developing and maintaining customer relationship, approach new customers and conduct credit evaluation application.
c) Assessing overall Credit Eligibility of customer based on the financials and securities to be mortgaged & recommend the case to higher authority for approval/sanction.
d) Loan Documentations and creation of mortgage of securities with the Authority.
e) Achieving budget on profit in order to reach business target.
f) Evaluation of the assets to be mortgaged to the Bank.
g) periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers
