➢ Place of work: Head Office, 97A Nguyen Van Troi St., Ward 12, Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC.
➢ Tasks:
- Organize and operate the SWIFT system.
- Receive and authenticate the LC/ Guarantee/ Amendment through SWIFT system and/ or mail.
- Abide the compliance of AML for processing transactions when necessary (by using Acuity/ Watch list program if needed). Send warning remarks to branches in AML cases (if any).
- Review the main contents of LC/ Guarantees/ Amendment; if there are any conflicts or inconsistencies, ask the Supervisor/ Deputy Head/ Head’s opinion for having suitable guidance to branches.
- Advise the LC/ Guarantee/ Amendment to branches.
- Perform the relevant consolidating reports relating to LC/ Guarantee/ Collection and Circular 35 reports. File and preserve reports as regulated.
- Prepare outgoing messages as per branches/ other departments’ request, as well as demand from Int’l Payment Dept.
- Provide the original messages (which are exported from SWIFT) to branches for tracer purposes or as per branch’s request.
- Review, repair the existing forms to match with changes or practical needs (if any).
- Participate in drafting and revising the internal regulations, procedures for guiding branches in LC/ Guarantee/ Collection and the SWIFT regulations relating to these under assignment of the Management.
- Coordinate with IT Division to design, improve and update changes in products and reports according to assignment of the Management.
- Support and guide the branch on: trade finance, accounting entry booking, system operating and operational procedures
➢ Job requirements:
- University graduated upwards with major in Foreign Trade, Banking, Finance, Economics or related majors.
- Having experience and good knowledge in international banking, deep knowledge in Vietnam regulations (foreign exchange control, tax, customs, etc.) as well as international practices (UCP, URC, URR, ISBP, URDG…).
- Additional experience in Overseas Remittance is an advantage
- Skills of problem solving and decision making, presentation
- Compliance, responsibility, honesty and teamwork spirit
- Proactive and positive thinking
- Experience: At least 2 years in relevant position
- English: Toeic ≥ 600 or equivalent adapting with requirements of works
