➢ Place of work: Head Office, 97A Nguyen Van Troi St., Ward 12, Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC.
➢ Tasks:
- Responsible for assigned problematical debts recovery and proposing plans, solutions of managing, solving problematical debts in accordance with legal and efficient modes
- Receiving tasks of managing, solving and recovering problematical debts provided by Business Units.
- Checking, verifying documents of problematical debts; proposing plans, methods of solving and recovering problematical debts for approval.
- Proposing collateral valuation of problematical debts.
- Implementing approved debts recovery plans (supporting branches or directly involving in debts and collateral solving); following up and reporting results of debts recovery plan to management level.
- Managing portfolio of debts settled by risk provision, debts suspended and net-off as stipulated by regulations.
- Participating in legal procedure at court, judgment enforcement and other relating authorized state entities in solving debts, collateral as assigned.
- Participating in setting up regulations, procedures relating to management and recovery of problematical debts to promulgate in IVB system.
- Preparing/checking periodical/ad-hoc reports on situations of bad debts and results of bad debts recovery as stipulated.
- Being responsible for suggestions and contents of submitted report on management and solving problematic debts.
➢ Job requirements:
- Male/Female with bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Banking, Economics, laws or relevant major.
- Ability to analyze, to evaluate the ability of problematical debt recovery.
- Retransmission, lecture skill, communication skill & team-work spirit
- Experience: At least 01 year of experience as credit officer/debts management/ legal compliance in banking field, credit institutions or other relevant organizations.
- English: equivalent to TOEIC 600 upwards, meeting requirement of works.
