[SIZE=4][B][URL='http://www.anphabe.com/big-jobs/search/i-banking']Tuyển dụng ngân hàng[/URL] từ First Alliances - Vietnam’s largest & most established specialist professional recruitment consultancy and HR outsourced solution provider.[/B][/SIZE] Vị trí tuyển: [B]Legal & Compliance Officer[/B] [SIZE=4][B]Job Description[/B][/SIZE] Assistance to HOD in: - Providing legal advices to other departments and Management in relation to banking business and operation; - Drafting, reviewing legal documents and translating those from English into Vietnamese and vice versa; - Legal briefing; - Conducting trainings to staff in term of legal & compliance matters; - Communicating with and reporting to Head Office and/or local authorities where necessary; - Controlling the in/out legal documents; - Ensuring the Bank operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; - Handling of disputes and/or litigations; - Other legal and/or compliance jobs as requested by HOD and Management from time to time [SIZE=4][B]Job Requirements[/B][/SIZE] - at least 4 years experience in legal environment, either in law firms or as in-house counsel in multinational companies, preferred in a foreign bank in Vietnam. Bachelor Degree in commercial/economic laws - Knowledge and experience in providing legal advice in corporate laws, commercial laws, investment law, labour law and banking related regulations of Vietnam; - Experience in drafting/reviewing commercial and banking contracts; - Fluent English & Vietnamese. - Good research, analytical and communication skills. - Proactive, responsible, trustworthy and attention to details. - Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure.
