Cash Management Service (CMS) Supervisor

What you will do?
- Engaging in full-time job and handling the following main duties:
- Mainly taking responsibility on internal control related to CMS.
- Promoting, demonstrating and training of CMS service to customers
- Registering customers for using the internet banking
- Dispatching account reports, market reports and other updates to customers
- Providing technical assistance upon customer’s queries
- Processing and documenting CMS service agreements and relative documents
- Preparing debit instruction for service fee
- Other tasks as assigned by Department Head and Management from time to time
Report to: Head of Transaction Banking Promotion Department
What you are good at?
- More than 3-year working experience in foreign banks
- Good internet and internet security knowledge (i.e. internet explorer and authentication devices, latest versions on Windows, Microsoft office)
- Good knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Basic knowledge on remittance
- Good presentation and communication skill
- Strong customer orientation, carefulness, and teamwork spirit
- Able to work under pressure
- No hesitation on frequently visiting customers
- University graduate
- Sex: Either
- Language: Proficient in English and Japanese speaking is a plus
