The Bank is currently seeking candidates to join the banking the role of Business Development Executive (Personal Loan, Credit Card), Branch Sales & Service Executive and Client Service Executive based in Ho Chi Minh:

Business Development Executive (Direct Sales)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Search new and profitable customers; maintain relationship with customers and identify their needs
  • Introduce and sell Personal Loan or Credit Card as main products
  • Develop and maintain active referral relationships with targeted sources (i.e : big developers, big agents, senior sale managers or best sales working on real estate market)
  • Achieve allocated individual business targets
  • Successful and consistent conversion of leads to sales.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant 1-2 years of sales/acquisition experience with a proven sales track record is preferred
  • Highly results-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with strong time management skill.
  • Team player with initiatives and assertiveness
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service, with ability to deal with people of all levels in complex and difficult situations

Branch Sales & Service Executive:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customers' personal financial situation and identify their needs in financial services
  • Recommend bank products and investment-linked products to best suit customers' needs
  • Provide quality after-sales services to maintain the customer relationship
  • Hunt new to bank customer & get referral to expand the portfolio
  • Maximize business opportunities to achieve individual sales target

Key Requirements:

  • Basic banking products knowledge – CASA, Mortgage, PL, Credit Cards, Simple wealth
  • Market and competition knowledge
  • Closing deals
  • Client training on digital solutions
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation and objection handling

Client Service Executive:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-selling and other relationship building activities by directing customers to appropriate PFCs/RMs/Tellers.
  • Introduce self service delivery channels to customers and eventually sign-up of such service by customers.
  • Directing and assisting customers on how to use self-service delivery channels.
  • Maintenance of Automated Banking Centre’s cleanliness and neatness
  • Consistently adhere to local and international service standards.
  • Practise service excellence in handling customer issues, complaints, product enquiries in a timely, problem-free and responsive manner.
  • To work with CSE team leader on level of professional image and update of the branch.
  • Recommend improvements in operational processes, procedures and products based on monitoring of customer feedback to ensure constant enhancement of service levels and efficiency.
  • Being appointed by Branch Manager to be a main/back up holder of Vault/ Branch Entrance/ ATM Key/combination from time to time as per separate designation.
