Min 2 năm kinh nghiệm, mình mới ra trường ko biết có nên gửi ko nhỉ?

Có ai có kinh nghiệm apply Standard Chartered không nhỉ? Chưa có đủ kinh nghiệm thì có nên apply không? Trước mình apply mấy NH, đều đòi kinh nghiệm 1 năm nhưng đợt ấy mình mới ra trường chưa có kinh nghiệm gì, cứ apply vẫn vào thi với phỏng vấn bình thường. Không bít Standard Chartered thế nào nhỉ?
