Job Description
1. (Senior) Business Development Executive, Personal Clients (Location: HCMC; 30 vacancies)
- Receive leads from leads management system – New to Bank from Alliances, Online/ Personal Client Centre; Existing to Bank from internal triggers for renewals, top-ups and extensions
- Conduct research and preparation on client lead, and pre-send product bundles description and bank proposition
- Collect all documents (digital) required for account opening and pre-fill forms
- Meet in person (ensure Priority Banking Team joins if high value client)
- Listen and determine further needs
2. (Senior) Business Development Executive, Employee Banking (Location: HCMC; 10 vacancies)
- Engage New to Bank clients (any segment) who are employees of corporations with whom RC has done a B2B deal (primarily CC/CIC)
- Engage via on-site marketing/roadshows, or via employee lists provided by corporation
- Initial primary focus on payroll account and anchor products in respective job role, gradually broadening to full range of retail products
3. (Senior) Business Development Executive, Priority (Location: Hanoi & HCMC, 10 vacancies/city)
- Engage New to Bank Affluent clients via leads sourced from Alliances, Targeted lists or Employee Banking Team (senior executives) with full Priority offering
- Also handle client-led requests via ATL/online pull
- Activate New to Bank clients, set up and educate clients on remote channel usage i.e., online, Client Centre, ATM, and hand-over clients to assigned Priority Banking Team
- Do not manage the client relationship beyond acquisition & activation
- Limited focus on lead generation
4. Branch Sales & Service Executive (Location: Hanoi & HCMC; 5 vacancies/city)
- Address walk-in New to Bank clients’ (any segment) sales needs; Pull generated from ATL/online, catchment campaigns, word of mouth
- Activate New to Bank clients, and set up and educate clients on remote channel usage i.e., online, Client Centre, ATM; Hand over client to Priority or Business Banking Team if required
- Address walk-in Existing to Bank clients’ (any segment) sales needs (may be from Service To Sales); Serve client on initial request and broaden to Next Best Conversation based on ETB analytics
- Direct and educate walk-in clients to use self-serve channels, and handle service requests via low-counters where requested by clients; Actively seek Service To Sales opportunities
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (Banking knowledge is an advantage)
- Good at speaking/ reading in English
- Communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation and objection handling
