Job Description
  • Handling incoming phone calls of customers through call center
  • Coordinate with relevant sections to handle customers’ complaints and questions

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 year of working experience in banking industry
  • Relevant experiences with good customer service mindset
  • Male is prefer
  • English fluency in speaking and writing, Korean language is an advantage.

Working time:

  • Shift: there are 4 shifts, shift will be alternated between employees in call center according to teamleader's assign. ( Will be discussed further during the interview).
  • Included: Saturday, Sunday, National Holiday.
