JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Objective: Acquiring new credit card customers

• Planning to develop Sales Agent teams
• Supporting Sales Agents
• Managing Sales Support Team

2. Delegation of Authority: Managing Sales teams and Sales Support Team

• Supporting Card Manager in controlling Sales’s performances
• Reporting to Card Sales Manager

3. Working Relationship:

• Internal: Credit card Approval team
• External: Customer

4. Duties and Responsibilities: Planning to develop Sales Agent teams and Dealer team

• Managing Sales Agent's team to achieve or exceed monthly target
• Holding periodical training courses for all Sales Agents
• Making Sales Agent and Dealer salary payment
• Making business reports of Card center to Manager/Director

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics...
• 03 years working in sale management
• Strong leadership
• Strong team work skill
• Communication skill
