We are hiring Generral Affair for IT Department
Objective:
To manage IT budget, assets, IT contract and payment
Duties:
- Source, negotiate and purchase assets
- Instruct and record documents of departments to storage;
- Execute assets/ expense ;
- File and record assets;
- Control and prepare monthly report on expense/ fixed assets
- Support to set up new office/ branches
Job Requirement
BA of Accounting; BA of Economic/ Finance
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of expense/budget estimation
Warm heart with the respect and love people
Interpersonal skills
Team working skills
Organizational skills
Negotiation skills
Communication skills
Accounting certificate is a plus.
