Job Description:

1. Controlling Sales Agent team

- Leading the Sales Agent's team to achieve or exceed monthly target
- Inspecting, monitoring each Sales Agent through their Sales Leader and reporting the team’s performance to higher leader
- Meeting with S.A team members and leader
- Receiving card applications, checking for enough Customers’ documents and submitting to the CCR team
- Making Sales Agent’s salary every month
- Ordering Bank Forms to vendors

2. Recruiting & training new Sales Agents

- Recruiting Sales Agents
- Managing, coaching and training Sales Agents become the Bank’s Sales Agents
- Making plan to develop Sales Agent team at Head Office and Branches

3. Reporting to Manager/Director

- Making report as request

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor in finance/ Banking/ Economics or relevant
  • More than 1 year experience in sale admin, refer in card center/banking environment
  • Good communication to connect to other departments
  • Supporting, customer service mind set
  • English fluently
