1. Relationship Manager (Hà Nội, Bắc Ninh)
Job description
• Build up and maintain network relationship with Soho & individual customers
• Ensure revenue and deliver excellent services
• Manage Sales Activities and Customer Relationships in order to fulfill commercial objectives
• Deliver good service and consulting of customer Loan, credit card, deposit promotion
• Prepare credit application, credit proposal package and other related documents that will be accelerated to appropriate credit approval discretion holder for final decision
• Frequently visit and entertain clients to build up relations, update business development as well as identify new business opportunities from existing relationships
• Comply with bank's credit policies and standards, local laws and regulations regarding approval, reporting and documentation
Requirements:
- University graduates (major in Banking, Economics, Foreign Trade, Banking, and Finance & Accounting …) with 1 year experience in the field of banking
- Have ability of marketing and good knowledge of banking operation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good proficiency in English (Speaking & Writing), speaking Korean is a plus
- Customer service and well work in team with high responsibility
- Highly self-motivated and committed
2. Credit Analyst (Hanoi)
Job description
• Undertaking assessment analysis of various types of lending proposals, including credit rating, collateral appraisal, pricing
analysis.
• Complete loan applications, including credit analyses and summaries of loan requests, and submit to loan committees for
approval.
• Analyzing financial information, such as statements, management accounts and cash flow statements.
• Assessing the credit worthiness of client companies.
• Advising and recommending changes to policy and procedure.
• Liaising with other staff / department, branches within the bank.
• Helping to ensure that procedures comply with the bank's standards.
• Staying informed about the legal, compliance and market-risk-related issues involved in the approval of credit.
Requirements
• Major in Banking or other related fields, hold value appraisal certificate is priority
• At least 5 years experience in credit assessment/credit analysis
• Good background of Finance Analysis, Industry Review, and have ability to give independent opinion for approval cases
• Possess strong communication skills and be a cohesive team player
• Fluent in English or well speaking Korean language is preferred
3. Debt Collection-Northern Division
Job descriptions
•Monitor and analyze over due Debtor accounts
• Accept, monitor and report on arrangements made with debtors for outstanding debts
• Reconcile outstanding debts and raise associated costs in regards to debt recovery action
• Recommend action in accordance with debt recovery policy and subject to relevant delegation
• Prepare and issue correspondence in relation to debt recovery proceedings
• Provide advice to help negotiate a reduction in any amounts owing
• Liaise with Local Court & Sherriff’s Office
• Collect bad loan if available
Requirements
• At least 2 years experience in banking, credit field is preferable.
• Graduated from University , Law major is advantage.
• Fluent in English or speaking Korean language well is preferred.
• Fluent in English speaking, writing and listening skill.
• Male is preferable
