JOB DESCRIPTION

• Meet assigned AUA Growth; NTB/ Upgrade Customers; Revenue
• Service the assigned Emerging Affluent Customer portfolio
• Consistent and timely service to meet customer needs and ensure portfolio customers are engaged
• Takes accountability of customers’ problem to achieve customer satisfaction of problem solution
• Adhere to bank’s compliance policy and ensure all transactions carried out on behalf of clients are within the stipulated parameters of the bank’s policy process flow
• Ensure operations, workflow and processes are compliant to the bank’s standard and guidelines
• Maintaining highest integrity level

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum of 1-year working experiences in sales, preferably in the financial service industry
• Chinese / English Bilingual experience preferred.
• Superior customer engagement skills
• Diligent in delivering superior customer service
• Highly results orientated with strong display discipline, perseverance and good attitude
