<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">As our BA, you must be experienced in analyzing and understanding all requirements of the product and in charge of responsibility in good delivery of our software product:</span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Clarify high-level specifications and estimations with the team</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">In charge of product requirements (write and review detailed user stories and test cases)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Transfer your knowledge to the development team and other members of the project team</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Test the implanted software, create defect tickets and discuss the issues with the developers</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Document and report product status. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Conducting system tests.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Carrying our day-to-day applications and operations support</span></li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #1226aa; font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;"><strong>REQUIREMENT</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">01+ year experience on IT / Business analyst position</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Technology Information Degree is a plus.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Having experience in banking or financial company is a plus.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Very good knowledge and experience with Software development cycle from start to finish</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Ability to draw process model diagrams</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Ability to create templates/outputs in unknown areas</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Practical experience with SQL databases</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Practical experience with software development methodologies</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 18px;">Experience with planning of testing scope and writing of test scenarios</span></li>
