JOB DESCRIPTION
- To ensure timely, adequate and exact service of cash in/ cash out/ fund transfer/ cheque
- To ensure best customer satisfaction
- Handling all job as one-stop service teller : Opening Account, Deposit, Inward & Outward Remittance, Credit Card
- Report all overall tasks and quality of work & business
- Other detailed job assignment
- Work Location: Shinhan Bank Song Than / Shinhan Bank Bien Hoa Branch
- University graduates (major in Banking, Economics, Foreign Trade, Banking University, and Finance & Accounting …)
- Have ability of marketing and store knowledge of banking operation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good proficiency in KOREAN (Speaking & Writing), speaking English is a plus
- Customer service and well work in team with high responsibility
- Highly self-motivated and committed
- Friendly, cheerfull and supporting manner
- Good appearance
