Job Description
- Ensuring internal policies, guidelines are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Studying the effective of new regulations on the bank‘s policies
- Reviewing the bank‘s policies, guidelines, contracts and other documents
- Legal briefing, legal systemazing
- Providing legal advice to BOM, branches and other department in relation to banking business and operation
- Other tasks assigned by Legal & Compliance Director/Deputy Director
- Experience and knowledge in Banking industry at least 2 years
- Ability to identify areas of risk or weakness and suggest process of improvement
- Being accountable, detail-oriented, pro-active
- Ability to work both independently and teamwork
- Fluent in both English & Vietnamese (writting and speaking skills)
- Bachelor of Law, Law Practioner Certificate is a plus.
