MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
We are looking for Site Reliability Engineers to help measure, monitor, improve and develop/apply best practices and automation to our applications and infrastructure. Much of our support and software development focuses on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure and reducing work through automation. You’ll join a team of curious problem solvers with a diverse set of perspectives who are thinking big and taking risks.
Day-to-day Monitoring Improvements
- Identify monitoring gaps based on incident root-cause analysis
- Identify monitoring needs for new/modified services
- Work with monitoring system owners to implement new metrics, dashboards and alarms
- Review alarm thresholds periodically with NOC team and finetune settings as appropriate
- Create/maintain SOP for recurring processes (alarm handling, audit, scaling)
- Contribute to product operator guide and debugging documentation
- Write RCA reports, work with engineering and operations teams to produce action plans
- Assist and participate in the action plans, with a focus on mitigations for any systemic resiliency and reliability issues; champion improvement initiatives
- Ensure RCA action plans are followed through.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a software engineering discipline
- 2+ years of experience in GNU/Linux infrastructure-related work
- High level of autonomy, discipline, and willingness to learn
- Prior experience with Kubernetes, Elastic Search, Terraform and Ansible
- Experience using Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience with devops tools, processes, and culture
- Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-cultural team
- Ability to express your ideas clearly, mostly written, and defend them if need be
- Curiosity and interest in fintech
- Experience with NoSQL, Oracle is a plus
