   <li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Xây dựng kế hoạch, tổ chức và kiểm soát thực hiện kế hoạch hoạt động của phòng; </span></li>
</ul>
<p style="margin-left: 80px;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">1. Hỗ trợ công tác tín dụng; </span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 80px;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">2. Kiểm soát hồ sơ tín dụng; </span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 80px;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">3. Kiểm soát việc thực hiện công tác quản lý, thu hồi nợ</span></p>

   <li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Tốt nghiệp Đại học</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;"> trở lên</span></li>
   <li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Kinh tế, Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Luật và các chuyên ngành liên quan<span style="letter-spacing: 0.85pt;"> </span>khác; </span></li>
   <li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng và các phần mềm ứng dụng</span></li>
   <li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ Kế toán ngân hàng, Thẩm định giá TSĐB, Kỹ năng chăm sóc khách hàng, Kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm, …</span></li>
   <li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Ít nhất 05 năm làm công tác hỗ trợ tín dụng, quản lý tín dụng hoặc liên quan, trong đó ưu tiên có 02 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý.</span></li>
   <li><span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: Times New Roman; color: #000000;"> Ưu tiên đã có kinh nghiệm đảm nhận vị trí Phó phòng Hỗ trợ kinh doanh trở lên</span></li>
