         <h2>MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC</h2><ul>
   <li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 20px;">Hướng dẫn, tư vấn, giải đáp thông tin giúp khách hàng hoàn tất các thủ tục giao dịch và bán hàng tại điểm giao dịch ONEBANK.</span></li>
   <li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 20px;">Chăm sóc, phát triển khách hàng.</span></li>
   <li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 20px;">Cập nhật và quản lý thông tin khách hàng.</span></li>
   <li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 20px;">Thực hiện các báo cáo: Thông tin phản hồi của khách hàng, tiến độ triển khai các chương trình sản phẩm dịch vụ, …</span></li>
   <li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif; font-size: 20px;">Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện KPIs của Khối KHCN ban hành từng thời kỳ.</span></li>
