Job description:
- To be in charge of Accounting Section: Verifying and controlling daily report, counter-check, resolving customer claims for on-us, remote on-us and off-us transaction; solving problems in case relating to accounting transaction of ATM services.
- To be in charge of report system of Card & Ebanking Dept in IVB_RPT and Management Information System in Switch.
- To control Nostro Accounts of Card & Ebanking Card openned with VietinBank and Vietcombank.
- To control fees relating to card and ebanking services
- To be in charge of Western Union and POS
- To be in charge of monthly reports, stationery report and other reports as indicated by the Department Head.
- Carry out other tasks and duties assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements:
- Male/Female with age from 26 to 35.
- Bachelor/Master degree in economics, finance, banking (regular term).
- Minimum 3 years experience working in credit accounting, credit issuance & payment
- Experience working in equivalent position is preferable.
- To have thorough acknowledgement of card market information in local and oversea.
- English fluency (TOEIC 700 or equivalent).
- Expert in Microsoft Office (level B and over).
- Drafting technique in documents and business letters.
- Skill in analysis, evaluation, synthesis.
- Skill in communication, negotiation.
- Skill in work independently as well as in team.
- Sense of responsibility and high compliance.
- High team-working.
