Job Description

  • Being one-point contact for certain custody relationships when required
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and group internal policy
  • Co-ordinate clients’ Request for Proposal, Due Diligence, Service Level Agreement, Account opening for HSS clients
  • Keep clients posted on any market development, regulation requirement and proactively analyse impacts of those on clients’ operations
  • Ensure all clients enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner; Keep clients posted of relevant market information/ regulatory requirements or changes and other developments in the market; proactively analyse and provide clients with impacts of those changes to their operations
  • Prepare client plan/ service plan and schedule calling program with clients on periodical basis
  • Co-ordinate with GB RM, operations, CMP, OPS to complete CDD and review; Work closely with other CSMs and regional team/ other branches to share and learn the best practices.
  • Work closely with other Client Service Managers and colleagues in Operations/MD and BM and oher departments to ensure smooth handling of client’s activities and client’s queries
  • Promote teamwork spirit in the team

Job Requirement


  • 5 years experience in relevant business
  • Relevant product knowledge
  • Bachelor degree
  • Any relevant experience in the securities market would be an advantage.
  • Certificate of completion of securities courses would also be an advantage
  • Fluent in both English speaking and writting.
