JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist and support the Area Manager VNM to achieve performance objectives for the branch network within country
• Assist in completing Operational Risk and related tasks
• Generate reports and local information for other functions and departments
• Complete local tasks and support miscellaneous projects for branch network
• Assist with reporting, incentives and MI production
• Assist VP operations and Branches with any day-to-day operational issues
• Assist with regulatory and local returns.
• Ensure regular communication to branch network managers and employees of relevant procedural and policy updates as required.
• Assist VP operations to coordinate and keep the branch network VNM leave planner up to date to ensure adequate capacity in the branch network for day to day operations.
• Complete tasks and fulfill responsibilities as outlined in CDD LoBP, AML Policy; Sanctions Policy and always stay vigilant to identify and report warning signs to detect, deter and protect customers and the bank from fraud and financial crimes.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree with 2 years experience in relevant field
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Ability to complete many complex tasks in tandem
• Approachable, open, dependable and connected
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Knowledge of RBWM function, processes and procedures
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
• Ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines.
