JOB DESCRIPTION

• Direct and control the operations process to meet standard level agreement (SLA), minimize operational loss and comply with group pocilies
• Identify potential business opportunities for GTRF
• Keep Business development team/ RMs updated of customers performance and their business plan to maximize returns
• Provide excellent services to customers
• Manage customer complaints
• Establish and maintain customer relationship by customer visits/entertainments with Business development and/or RMs
• Contribute to the development of team members
• Manage underperformance
• Contribute to the improvement/streamlining of operation process

JOB REQUIREMENT

• 2-3 years experience in banking - international trade producst and customer services.
• Thoroughly understand international practices:UCP600, URC, URR, ISBP, ISP, URDG…
• CITF/CDCS/CSDG is an advantage
• University degree with major in Banking and Finance or Economic
• Customer and results oriented
• Good command in English (both in written and oral)
• Good knowledge of trade products and International Rules applied such as: UCP 600, ISBP, URC, URDG, ISP etc
