[*]Define/ implement the organization structure as relevant to jobholder’s responsibilities. [*]Maintain regular contact with distributors and clients in respect of TA operation and provide returns to clients/distributors on timely manner. [*]Co-ordinate with various teams across departments (Fund accounting, Supervisory bank, FCC, Regulatory compliance, Legal, Bank services delivery,..etc) on relevant tasks and operation processes. [*]Co-ordinate with GTAP Support team and IT/Vendor in Hong Kong and India to resolve issues and recommend solution to meet client’s change requests. [*]Conduct frequent testing and review on changes and enhancement related to GTAP system and reports. [*]Build up and review relevant workflows and procedures for operation of Transfer agency services. [*]Closely work with Global project team and Global product team to ensure the services provision is in line with Group policy and standard. [*]Communicate with the Global product team and other TA sites to learn and implement the best practices for TA Vietnam [*]Recommend for automation of operational processes and streamlining wherever possible. [*]Coordinate closely with Local Compliance in review of Fund charter to identify any operational and compliance issues. [*]Study/check OM and other documents prior to execution. [*]Assist Line Manager to maintain suitable tasks assignment to more junior colleagues and identify qualified individuals. [*]Recommend training needs and suitable training program for more junior colleagues [*]Assist Line Manager to supervise and monitor day-to-day staff’s performance and their workload. [*]Maintain awareness of Group Compliance Policy and Operational risks .
