We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Credit Policy and Portfolio Risk Management Manager
- Create and manage all credit policy and procedures in accordance with Vietnam's and ASP’s approval process and credit standard.
- Review and analyze existing business unit strategies and recommend new strategies as appropriate
- Interpret business intelligent reports to validate effectiveness of policy.
- Deliver processing efficiency & high levels of customer service.
- Conduct portfolio reviews to guide/assist other departments in understanding and mitigating risks.
- Ensure credit policy is efficiently and accurately executed
- Coordinate with ASP in order to interpret data/reports and provide analyses for the development of scorecards, limit assignment, profit models and decision trees across the portfolio credit life cycle.
- Cooperate with other teams such as Approval, Collections, Operation and RBWM to ensure that the process is efficient and automated where possible in order to maximize customer service without compromising credit standard.
- Participate in all steps of analytical strategy assignments/ credit risk projects.
- Regularly monitor system implementations & enhancements (AAPS, WHIRL, TRIAD, etc).
- Review and improve processes’ efficiency.
- Participate in projects initiated by CCR or other departments to migrate repetitive processing tasks.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in risk management
- Strong knowledge of credit policies (credit cards and personal loans preferred)
- Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
- Effective communication and report writing skills.
- Good negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong suggestions and solutions to stake holders for unexpected changes
