Mô Tả Công Việc
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
- To make the Network stable, secured & optimized
- To make renovation to the network proactively
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Administrating, configuring the system of LAN, WAN within the bank area. Administrating the system of Extranet which is connecting to the partner.
- Implementing the new or upgrading the systems of LAN, WAN in Data Center, Center for Backup, the Headquarter and the regions. Developing the Extranet which helps connect from the bank to the outside.
- Monitoring the system of LAN, WAN from DC and DR to the branch, region, and bank’s partner.
- Managing, monitoring the systems, infrastructure services which have been provided to the customers, Bank users.
- Supporting to the Branch, the units which have demand to connect to DC network. Performing troubleshooting, handling the incidents and faults which related to the network occur within the bank area.
- Performing the maintenance of network equipment in DC, DR and the region.
- Researching and transferring the products, solutions related to technological network
- Developing and maintaining the standards of equipment, security technology expertise within assigned.
- Applying and executing, measuring the plan for IT Network security
- Planning for capacity and architecture for future demand.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Majoring in IT, Electronics and telecommunication
- Having Knowledge and understanding of Network Routing Switching, Network Security (IPS, Firewall, Wireless)
- Having Skills and experience in troubleshooting and handling the incident of system Network
- Preferred Certification: CCNP, CCSP, Wireless
- Analytical skills in predicting the future scenarios
- English for understanding the technical manual and working with vendors.
- Having ability of Reading and understanding the professional documents in English.
- Good at communication.
- Having ability of capturing the work quickly, planning the work scientifically.
- Having ability of working independently under high intensity work, good skill of team work.
- Be careful, responsible, self-discipline and confidentiality of bank data.
INTERNAL KEY CUSTOMERS:
- IT Division Director: Receiving work assigned. Reporting directly to the job required.
- Director of Service Delivery Center: Receiving work assigned. Reporting directly to the job required.
- Network and telecommunication Operation Department Manager: Receiving work assigned. Reporting directly to the job required and Report periodically.
- Human Resource Division: Managing the implementation of work, personnel evaluation. Training the skills of management. Coordinating implementation of regimes for employees.
- Other Departments, Branches: Offering Advices and supports related to work coordinating the implementation of common tasks as prescribed.
EXTERNAL KEY CUSTOMERS:
- Partners have provided service/ application systems for banks: Contacting when the system has the unable to remedy issues. Receiving updates feature, the new version of the system provided by partners.
- Partners will provide services / solutions / technology systems: receiving and exchanging the knowledge in the field of technology. Cooperating to construction and development of new systems for banking applications.
