Manager, Credit Administration - Credit - HCM Head Ofice

Functional (job responsibilities) Loan Documentation The preparation/control of all loan documentation, including:
  1. · follow up on the deferred documents and covenants to ensure that the loan has been processed is in compliant with the approval and our credit policy.
  2. · Ensuring that the loan approved does not contravened any law or regulation and all pre-conditions disbursement have been complied for disbursement.
  3. · Arranging for the notarization/registration of the mortgage contract.
  4. · Managing security assets on the Bank’s system such as the safe keeping of security documents.
  5. · As and when necessary, making proposal to Legal Department to add/amend any article/item in the loan documentations that required by laws or customer if any.
Loan Releases
  1. · Responsible for setting up and controlling the available approved limits in the loan system.
  2. · Ensure proper approvals are secured before releases of loan and that the release matches the intended purpose of the loan as stated in the credit application
Post Loan Release
  1. · Follow up to ensure post disbursement conditions are complied
  2. · Monitoring of accounts that are due for review and interest revision
  3. · Follow up to renew insurance policies of collaterals.
  4. · Provide collateral management to Bank’s security assets
Credit Control / Collection / Recovery
  1. · Collection of outstanding debts from customers and meeting collection targets in order to maintain positive cash flow.
  2. · Production of aged debt listings and days outstanding reports to maintain and control the debtor level and days outstanding
  3. · Identification of slow moving accounts noting key details on the Credit Control system so that delinquent debts are escalated for case management.
  4. · Dealing with and managing correspondence from customers to ensure that service levels are maintained
  5. · Liaising with lawyers to ensure recovery efforts on Non Performing Loans ( NPLs) are in place and on schedule
Other functions
  1. · Established and ensuring that the minimum standard service turnaround time for completion of documentation and other service level criteria are met.
  2. · Preparing any CIC, SBV and other reports including those for the purpose of portfolio management where required. Contribute to the functioning and operation of a high performance team
  3. · Any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Credit
Education/Qualification: Degree in Finance and Banking or Law Experience:
  1. At least 5 years of hands-on experience especially in CRA work preferably in a Banking environment including,
  2. Possess skills and knowledge to reschedule and restructure loan
  3. Possess good understanding of various legal foreclosure and litigation procedures; auction process, legal rights and recourse, etc; with respect to the recovery of the non performing loans including those connected with auto and housing industry
Special Skills: Good communication in English & Vietnamese both spoken & written.

Relationship Manager - Priority Banking - Transaction Office Dist.5, HCMC
Functional (job responsibilities)
  1. Growing a strong deposit base & customer footings via acquisition & expansion of New to Bank high net worth individuals in the Dist.5 community, tapping into both retail as well as business owners.
  2. Managing customer relationships to build a profitable relationships with customers, to deepen and broaden account relationships with the objective to generate revenue and focus on deposits and wealth management.
  3. Market deposits in both local and foreign currencies & cross sell investment products where required.
  4. To plan, host & run community based events with the interest to build better customer relationships and also acquisition of new customers.
  5. To refer business loans to HLBV business centers where necessary.
  6. To actively service customers on their personal financial needs aligned with customers needs
  7. Networking high net worth individuals within the community.
Education/Qualification

  1. Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field Experience
  2. Should possess at least 1 years of experience in the financial services business, preferably in priority or premier banking
  3. Familiar in dealing with customers business and financial matters is an added advantage.
Special Skills

  1. Good communication in English & Vietnamese both spoken & written.
Executive, Direct Sales - Retail Banking - HCM Head Office
Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Deliver sales excellence in identifying and meeting the needs of retail lending customers.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Ensure self-discipline on daily individual sales activities (i.e: approaching customers, prospecting, cold calling, conducting presentation...) to achieve consistent sales results.
- Diligence in helping line manager to maintain and to develop business relationship with partners (i.e: auto dealers, property brokers).
- Conduct high sales quality standard by adhering to internal/external sales quality standard. No fraudulent cases happened.
- Continuous improvement in the depth and breath of product knowledge and skill set across product range via various learning aids (i.e: on-job-training, coaching, in house training...)
  • Deliver excellence service quality:
- Produce work of a high standard of quality, efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
- Ensure all applications/credit papers submitted for approval are completed to a high standard in all respects.
- Handle customers’ complaints (if any) properly and promptly, and within regulated internal responding time.
- Ensure having no operational mistakes that lead to financial loss to customers and the Bank.
- Comply strictly to internal/external regulations relating to banking operation in Vietnam.
  • Others:
- Assist time to time on reports & statistics, i.e: market update/survey of product trends and competition.
Experience: At least 02 years working experience within a minimum 12 months in a related field/experience
Special Skills: Strong sales skill, sound communication/negotiation/presentation skills and excellent customer service orientation. Ability to work independently as well as to work in a team. Ability to handle multitask and to work under pressure English fluency is advantage.
