Job description:
- Leading small implementation projects
- Responsibility for tracking and delivery of project tasks
- Project reporting
- Building new processes coming with new projects
- Co-operate on building, maintaining and sharing local process-oriented knowledge base
- Develop and assure quality of Process map models of local processes.
- Assure process quality (i.e. approval of new processes)
- Serve a liaison between various groups to facilitate process design and implementation (process know-how and methodology)
- Communicate necessary changes to processes and policies within the company.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
- Experience in consumer finance industry and/or graduate university
- Analytical thinking
- Process management methodology knowledge
- Process mapping methodology knowledge
- Project management experience (project team member..)
- General understanding of Information Technology
- Previous work experience in a multinational company is an advantage
- Experience in project management (knowledge of formal methods for project planning, monitoring etc.) is an advantage
- Six sigma methodology knowledge (Green Belt, Black Belt)
- Experience in consumer finance is advantage
