MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Estimate and allocate required resource for project
- Do regular assessment of project status to timely report to managers.
- Manage daily tasks of project. Be responsible to evaluate and ensure that the overall quality of project delivery before handing over to customer.
- Ensure the engagement of project stakeholders and the cooperation between related parties.
- Proactively assess project risks, establish mitigation plan and timely communicate and escalate to relevant stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date record of project budget/ schedule/ scope.
- Prepare Business case for IT investment projects of bank.
- Jointly evaluate select IT solutions.
- Jointly evaluate and recruit new project resource.
- Be responsible to study new technologies/ latest industry trends, acquired banking domain knowledge; Communicate, share and train to members to improve the professionalism and working efficiency.
- Execute multiple projects concurrently from same and/ or different banking domains.
- Comply with regulations, processes related to project management.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1.Professional knowledge:
- Hold a bachelor degree or postgraduate university degree in Technology or related major
- Have 7 year experience in banking technology or banking and finance with at least 3-4 years in project management position.
- Have PMP/Prince 2, have successfully managed big IT projects (million USD budget)
- Knowledge and/or experiences in multiple banking systems such as core banking, e-banking, treasury, data warehouse, or payment, etc.
- Master principles, methodology, and advanced practices on cross functional project team/ stakeholder management.
- Sound risk management skills including flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, management abilities, Significant drive and ambition, and ability to execute
- Knowledge in IT systems
- Knowledge in banking domain
- Experience: 7+ years
- Management Professional Certification (PMP / Prince 2) and has successfully managed the big technology project (budget is over 2 million dollars
- Understanding of IT Processes which can be applied in project implementation
- Mastering and well implement the law relating to banking business
