[FE CREDIT] Customer Service Inbound Specialist - HCM

Responsibility
  • Attend to incoming calls in accordance with standard operating procedure.
  • Provide information on products & services offered by FE Credit to enhance customer relationship.
  • Assists the customer service agent with issues they find difficult by providing efficient answers to all questions that need to be attended to, for free flow of work.
  • Support team leaders to facilitate successful completion of organization’s targets and performance goals
  • Be subject master expert and contact point reference for CS Inbound Team when necessary.
  • Be proactive & quickly evaluate real time situation that impacted service level in order to boost organizational performance.
  • Assist & Guide CS Inbound agent in the execution of assigned tasks and ensuring that their services are of maximum satisfaction to customers.
  • Assume Customer Service Inbound Team Leader responsibilities when necessary
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by Customer Service Inbound Team Leader
Background
  • University/ College
  • Degree in Business/Communication/Finance or related areas
  • At least 2 years of experience in Call center position.

  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Intermediate in English skills.
  • Excellent in Communication skills.
  • Good at Microsoft Office skills
  • Good knowledge of both Loan and Credit Card product.
