- Attend to incoming calls in accordance with standard operating procedure.
- Provide information on products & services offered by FE Credit to enhance customer relationship.
- Assists the customer service agent with issues they find difficult by providing efficient answers to all questions that need to be attended to, for free flow of work.
- Support team leaders to facilitate successful completion of organization’s targets and performance goals
- Be subject master expert and contact point reference for CS Inbound Team when necessary.
- Be proactive & quickly evaluate real time situation that impacted service level in order to boost organizational performance.
- Assist & Guide CS Inbound agent in the execution of assigned tasks and ensuring that their services are of maximum satisfaction to customers.
- Assume Customer Service Inbound Team Leader responsibilities when necessary
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Customer Service Inbound Team Leader
- University/ College
- Degree in Business/Communication/Finance or related areas
- At least 2 years of experience in Call center position.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of customer relations
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a team
- Intermediate in English skills.
- Excellent in Communication skills.
- Good at Microsoft Office skills
- Good knowledge of both Loan and Credit Card product.
