<h2>MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC</h2><ul style="list-style-type: disc;">
</ul><ol>
<li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px;">Xây dựng và triển khai chính sách quản lý rủi ro hoạt động có yếu tố tác động từ CBNV, đối tác, Khách hàng, cơ quan quản lý nhà nước và từ các Quy định/sản phẩm nội bộ của Nam A Bank.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px;">Phối hợp với Khối CNTT, các Phòng ban có liên quan xây dựng và triển khai hạn các mức rủi ro hoạt động, đánh giá các chốt kiểm soát rủi ro hoạt động (RCSA).</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px;">Xây dựng/tham gia xây dựng hệ thống thông tin, dữ liệu liên quan đến sự cố rủi ro hoạt động; xây dựng các công cụ đo lường rủi ro hoạt động (LDC, KRI, …), giám sát và báo cáo liên quan đến rủi ro hoạt động.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px;">Triển khai và thực hiện các nội dung liên quan đến QLRRHĐ theo quy định pháp luật; cảnh báo cáo các giới hạn nội bộ về các tỷ lệ an toàn RRHĐ theo quy định của Nam A Bank và quy định pháp luật.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px;">Phân tích, đánh giá, cảnh báo về rủi ro hoạt động.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px;">Triển khai/phối hợp triển khai các văn bản ban hành/công cụ/hệ thống liên quan đến rủi ro hoạt động.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px;">Rà soát hệ thống, các văn bản nội bộ để nhận diện và đưa ra giải pháp nhằm hạn chế rủi ro hoạt động.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px;">Tham gia thẩm định/góp ý sản phẩm, văn bản lập quy liên quan đến RRHĐ.</span></li>
<li><span style="letter-spacing: -0.2pt; color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px;">Tham mưu cho Trưởng phòng/Phó phòng các nội dung liên quan đến công việc phụ trách</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Có kinh nghiệm làm việc <strong>từ 03 năm trở lên</strong> ở các vị trí về QLRR (đặc biệt là quản lý rủi ro hoạt động), </span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">kiểm tra kiểm soát nội bộ, kiểm toán nội bộ.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Am hiểu ở mức thông dụng: </span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Kiến thức về sản phẩm dịch vụ, quy trình nghiệp vụ và các mặt hoạt động Ngân hàng; có khả năng nhận diện được các xu hướng rủi ro và hành vi gian lận.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về xây dựng và triển khai mô hình</span><span class="hbvzbc" style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">/hệ thống QLRRHĐ</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 18px; color: #000000;">.</span></li>
