Bank of India is opening its first Indian Bank Branch in Ho Chi Minh City on 22nd July 2016. We are seeking CV/Resume from the experienced candidates for filling out prospective vacancies:
1. Chief Account cum Operation In-charge:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor or higher degree from University in economics, Banking, Accounting etc.
Age: Maximum 35 years
Banking Experience: Minimum 3 yearsin Accounting department or 2 years as Chief Accountant
English Proficiency: At least C level Degree in English or the equivalent
Job Descriptions:
a) Overseeing day to day Banking operations related to deposits, cash, local and foreign remittances etc.
b) Compliance with Bank’s policy and local regulatory guidelines;
c) Looking after administration of a Branch including HR;
d) Compiling and submitting statutory reports to SBV, CIC, DIV, Tax authorities (VAT, CIT, WHT) etc.
e) Authorizing transactions done through CITAD, VCB etc.
2. Treasury Staff (Non-Managerial)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor or higher degree from University in economics, Banking, finance, Accounting etc.
Age: Maximum 35 years
Banking Experience: 2-3 years
English Proficiency: At least C level Degree in English or the equivalent
Job Descriptions: The candidate should have sound knowledge and experience about:
a) Placement & borrowing of funds with local & foreign Banks in inter-bank money market;
b) Foreign exchange dealing as a front office staff;
c) Dealing in treasury Government and bonds.
3. Trade Finance staff (Non-Managerial)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor or higher degree from University in economics, Banking, Accounting etc.
Age: Maximum 35 years
Banking Experience: 2-3 years
English Proficiency: At least C level Degree in English or the equivalent
Job Descriptions: The candidate should have sound knowledge and experience about trade finance related services such as opening LC, collection of Documents, discounting of documents, issuance of different types of guarantee, trust receipt finance etc. The candidate should have sound knowledge about UCPDC-600, URC-522, URDG etc.
4. Compliance Staff (Non-Managerial)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor or higher degree from University in economics, Banking, Accounting etc.
Age: Maximum 35 years
Banking Experience: 3-4 years
English Proficiency: At least C level Degree in English or the equivalent
Job Descriptions: The Candidate should have worked in risk management, audit and compliance department. He/She should have thorough knowledge about the regulatory guidelines issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Ministry of Finance, National Assembly and other regulatory authorities in Vietnam. The candidate should have sound knowledge on compiling and submitting reports related to Circular 31 and DIV, AML, CIC etc.
Salary for the above posts will be determined on the basis of experience and suitability.
