Bank of India has opened its Ho Chi Minh City Branch on 22nd July 2016. We are seeking CV/Resume from the experienced candidates for filling out the Position of General Accountant-cum-teller as per the details given below: Accounts cum Teller staff (Non managerial)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor or higher degree from University in economics, Banking, Accounting etc.
Age: Maximum 35 years
Banking Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in accounting & customer service department
Job Descriptions
- Cash Management (Receipts and payments over the counter)
- Customers A/c Maintenance (Opening and closure of Savings, Current & Term Deposit Accounts;
- Local Remittance through VCB or CITAD system;
- Foreign Remittance through SWIFT
- Declaration & Finalization of Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, payment of Social Insurance for staff, Calculation Input & Output VAT and payment of withholding tax.
- Calculation & payment of Salary & allowances of staff of the Bank
- Reconciles of Nostro Accounts.
- Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
- Compiling and submitting statutory reports to SBV as per Circular 35, CIC, DIV, Tax authorities (VAT, CIT, WHT) etc.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
a) Bachelor or higher degree from University in economics, Banking, Accounting etc.
b) 2 - 3 years’ work experience in the Bank as Trade Finance Staff;
c) Strong communication skills in english
d) Sound understanding of Vietnamese Accounting standards, general banking operations, SBV guidelines etc.
Gross Salary for the above post, though depends on the level of experience and suitability, would be maximum VND16Mn.
