Job description:
• Exposure in international and trade related business

The Trade Operations Senior Officer will ensure high levels of customer service for all trade processes by ensuring compliance with policy and local regulations and assist Manager Trade Processing in handling the daily task within discretions. This will comprise receiving customer applications/requests/documents, scan documents and advise processing site, if required and getting the documents properly signed by authority and/or stamped, delivered to customers as instructed by processing site, if required, process transactions upon assignment including trade transactions and loan processing transactions. Strict adherence to policies and procedures will be expected of you.
The incumbent of this role is based in Phu My Hung, Dist.7, HCMC.
Requirements:
• Experience in international operations
• Exposure in international and trade related business
• In-depth knowledge of trade products as well as ICC requirements (including UCP, URDG, URC, ISBP ...)
• Working knowledge of business markets
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Planning, problem solving and organisation skills
• Good knowledge of front/back office processes and procedures
• Computer literacy
• Understanding of local legal and regulatory framework
• Understanding of ANZ policies, practices and standards
