Job description:
This role is:
• Reporting to the Direct Sales Team Leader, Mortgages, this role is responsible for providing quality lending solutions customer who require mortgage lending facilities and delivering on the client proposition and maximising sales and revenue opportunities.
• The role is accountable for achieving key financial metrics regarding sales, Consumer Lending AUA, and profit targets, client retention and acquisition. The Mortgage Direct Sales role encompasses developing client relationships and targeting lending opportunities from existing ANZ and non-ANZ sources.
GROW MORTGAGE LOAN BOOK
• Contribute to Consumer Lending performance and profitability through growing ANZ’s market share in this area.
• Drive the vision for the future of the business in line with ANZ’s business objectives in the consumer lending area.
• Drive the sales focus, achieving targets in business growth.
• Contribute to product marketing campaigns, including improvement initiatives and development.
SALES GOVERNANCE
• Attend induction training for direct sales to ensure full understanding of and compliance to company & country regulations, credit policy, and company code of conduct.
• Ensure compliance to company & country regulations, credit policy, and company code of conduct at all time.
• Support the setup, implementation, monitoring and control of good sales governance
TOTAL BUSINESS CONTRIBUTION
• Contribute to the long term development of Mortgage Business Vietnam.
Requirements:
• Sales - At least 1 year direct sales experience
• Result Focus - Proven track record of delivering on sales results, Hanoi
