Objective:
- Diliver recruitement, human resources activities in the South
- Hiring all kinds of positions from front to back office, mostly Excutive Level and up to Manager levels
Working Relationship:
Internal: All levels from Director to Manager levels and connect to FTE (full time employee) arround country
External: Candidates, Recruitment Agency, University, other services relevant
Basic Job Description:
• Ensure recruitment activities are complied with procedure
• Analyze the job nature and requisition of manpower in line with the business
• To do advertising, attracting and searching candidates CVs from both internal & external. Composing and posting advert (on newspapers, job websites, the bank's website)
• Screen CV and carry out 1st interviews, corporate with Line Managers, Directors to finalize recruitment decision.
• Conduct orientation to introduce the bank’s policies and procedures and culture to new staffs.
• Implement staff evaluation after probation period.
• Control cost on recruitment effectively and ensure to provide adequate human resources for company business.
Working Place: Head Office, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh city
Other duties: will be discussed while interviewing

Job Requirement
- University degree in public or Business Administration or Human Resources Management
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a role of recruitment or relevant experiences,
- Have good knowledge in labor law to work with business unit and employee
- Candidates who experience in banking industry is an advantage
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Active, flexibility, hard-working, good communication and public speaking skill
- Good connection with all levels
- Good appearance, male or female
- Supportive person
