JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process customer’s requests and ensure customer’s requests, queries, complaints are processed timely and met SLA
- Receive and process customer’s requests of FPP, FT FPP, Increased/ Decreased limit, card activation, card reactivation, upgraded/ Downgraded card type, card closure, Card/Pin reissuance, Miles redemption, Personal information change
- Work with card, Pin delivery and embossing vendor and maintain related reports to monitor Credit and Debit card delivery and blank cards in stock on daily and monthly basis
- Card auto renewal
- Manage Card, Pin delivery status to support branches, Contact Center in handling customer’s queries, requests
- Perform monthly vendor invoice payment and reconciliation
- Process fee and interest refund/ cancel, card closure retention
- Comprehensive knowledge of consumer banking practices and laws/ regulations governing financial institutions
- At least 1 year of experience in Card Operation
- Experience with process improvement and management
- Experience with change management and ability to lead/ drive change execution
- Good communication, negotiation skills in English.
