I. Mô tả công việc
[ul]
[li]Develop and test new innovation concepts that differentiate VIB from the other banks in Vietnam;[/li][li]Gather, define, document and champion business needs and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle;[/li][li]Partner with customer research and other teams to ensure customer feedback is utilized as an input into the generation of requirements for new capabilities;[/li][li]Comply with 05 core values of VIB including Customer Focus, Excellence, Honesty, Teamwork and Disciplined;Other tasks and duties assigned by Innovation Team Leader.[/li][/ul]
II. Yêu cầu công việc
[ul]
[li]University Degree in IT, Computer Science, Design, Business;[/li][li]Minimum 3-year experience as a Business Analyst or similar;[/li][li]Experience in using Customer-Centric Design (CCD) processes;[/li][li]Good project management skills;[/li][li]Solid business analysis skills based on IIBA/BABOK framework;[/li][li]Passion for and understanding of optimal customer experiences;[/li][li]Reasonable understanding of banking / financial services;[/li][li]Reasonable understanding of IT and software development life cycle;[/li][li]Innovative & creative mindset;[/li][li]Strong analytical and critical thinking;Good English & Vietnamese proficiency (Spoken and Written).[/li][/ul]
